Sombra Matte Eye Shadow
Sombra Matte is a very strong charcoal, black matte powder. It can be used dry or used wet which will make a great eyeliner. To use any of our Eye Shadows wet merely dip your brush in water, then pick up some powder with the brush and mix well (on the inside, bottom part of the cork from the little pottery vessel) and blend the color into the brush head, then apply.
